Summary

Application Sites
One side of the outer eye corner (crow’s feet) was left untreated (control), and the other side was treated with the test product.
Acclimation
Subjects rested for approximately 20 minutes in a room maintained at 21.0 ± 0.3°C and 45.0 ± 2.0% relative humidity to acclimate the skin to the test environment.
Wrinkle Induction and Measurement
Before application and 20 minutes after application, subjects repeatedly moved the outer eye corner to create an expression wrinkle model.
Photographs and replicas were taken for analysis.
Two-dimensional replica analysis was used to evaluate the effect of the test product on expression wrinkles.
Results
Table 1 and Figure 1 show the relative wrinkle area before and after product application, with pre-application set as 100%.
Table 2 shows examples of the wrinkle analysis based on replicas.
