Title:
Bactericidal Effect Test
We report the results of the test conducted on the above-mentioned sample, submitted to our center on February 6, 2017.
Bactericidal Effect Test
1. Client
APA Corporation
2. Test Substance
UMO Concentrated Solution (Acidic)
3. Test Overview
After inoculating the test bacteria into the sample (hereafter referred to as the “test solution”), the number of viable bacteria in the test solution was measured after a specified period. A preliminary test (confirmation of neutralization conditions) was conducted in advance to ensure that viable bacteria could be measured without being affected by the test substance.
4. Test Results
The results are shown in Table 1, and the test conditions are shown in Table 2. In the preliminary test, it was confirmed that diluting the test solution tenfold with SCDLP medium allowed the measurement of viable bacteria without influence from the test substance.
Table 1-1: Viable Bacteria Count in Test Solution
<100: Not detected
Storage temperature: 25°C
Control: Purified water

Table 1-2: Viable Bacteria Count in Test Solution
<10: Not detected
Storage temperature: 25°C
Control: Purified water

Table 2: Test Conditions
(Note: The specific conditions for the test such as inoculation volume, incubation time, and bacterial strain should be listed here; the original document references this table but does not include details.)
